Aetiological Guidelines
Aetiological Investigation Guidelines
Guidelines for aetiological investigation of infants with congenital hearing loss identified through newborn hearing screening have been produced by a working group of BAAP/BAPA and reviewed by the NHSP Clinical Group in January 2009. They are recognised by NHSP as representing good practice and the standard for audit.

- Aetiological Investigations into bilateral mild to moderate permanent hearing loss in children
- Aetiological Investigations into bilateral severe to profound permanent hearing loss in children
